If you haven’t already been introduced, I’d like you to meet Pudding Pie.

Everyone knows Pudding Pie is chillin’. Some might even call Pudding Pie fast, cheap and a little easy. For less than $3, you can enjoy this sweet dish.

When you are looking for a picnic basket passenger that is sure to charm the pants off party-goers…call upon Pudding Pie.

Pudding Pie

2 boxes of your favorite flavor of instant pudding
1 3/4 cups of milk
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1 tub of whipped topping

Beat the pudding mixes with the milk. By hand, use a whisk. Or use an electric mixer. The mixture will become a little thick.

Gently fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture.

Pour the pie filling into a graham cracker crust.

If it doesn’t all fit inside the crust...reward yourself with some mousse-y spoonfuls.

Refrigerate until firm or until you are tired of waiting.

If you feel like it, dress up Pudding Pie with bits of nuts, crushed candies or some mini chocolate chips.

On those occasions when Pudding Pie is accompanying you to a function of some kind, exclaim proudly (and with a little snub),

“Yeah, I brought Pudding Pie.”
